1.Clean Wheel
Remove any rough edges or unevenness around the damaged area using the Sandpaper P180 and/or File.
Clean, then dry the damaged area.
2.Add Filler
Mix parts A and B of the Alloy Wheel Filler in equal amounts (1:1)with the File or other tool, then apply the mixture to fill the damaged area.
Remove any excess mixture from the surface of the wheel.
3.Sand Wheel
Sand the filled area with sandpaper P320.
If the surface is smooth enough, you can skip the sandpaper P320 and begin with sandpaper P1000 instead.
4.Paint Wheel
Shake the can of spray paint vigorously for about 30 seconds.
Hold the can approximately 7~8 inches from the surface to be sprayed.Press the nozzle and spray using a uniform hand motion.
Several thin coats applied at an interval of 3 minutes are better than one heavy coat.
Allow the wheel to dry for at least one hour before driving.
